• Directly deal with foreign customers via internet, phone, email, etc. and working onsite in order to clarify customers’ requirements and then provide assessment and practical solutions to customers;
• Analyze projects’ functionalities; prepare documents that explain requests from customers’ and requirements of their systems such as detailed specification, business domain modeling, Functional Domain modeling, Enterprise Services Domain modeling, use cases and sequence diagrams;
• Collaborate with development teams in communicating and confirming customers’ desires;
• Provide supports system delivery such as System installation, User training, system maintenance. Position requirements

Education:

• Bachelor degree, graduate from the prestigious universities;
• Have knowledge in MS SQL and Oracle database;
• Have knowledge in Software Process Models.

Experience:

• Strong experience of design and development in .NET or PHP;
• Strong working experience in MVC;
• Experience in Web application development;
• 3~7 years working as Software Analyst or Business Analyst for .NET/PHP based Software Solutions is an advantage;
• Experience or have good knowledge in ERP, CRM, Accounting would be a plus;
• Experience or have good knowledge in E-commerce, Banking, Finance/ Insurance, Travel/Hospitality; Retail industrial would be a plus.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skill;
• Logical and critical analysis skill in approach to work;
• Excellent skill on design English documentation is required;
• Fluent in English is a must.
