Annual leave: All staff who pass probation period will benefit 12 annual paid leaves.
Bonus/rewards: Beside salary, Software Outsourcing offers performance bonus which based on your working result and Tet bonus. Your rate will be reviewed in semi-annual. However, if your performance is excellent, the rate will be raised shorter.
Others :
You will be reimbursed, at cost, for any out of your assigned office base including travel, hotel and accommodation (on pre-approved business trip).
